How does ETHX Softcon take an AI pilot to production on Oracle ERP?

ETHX Softcon plans AI engagements to move from pilot to production in about six weeks, a default target that starts from a measurable business KPI rather than a technology experiment. The process begins with KPI discovery to fix the metric, such as cycle time, margin, handle time or OEE, and its owner, followed by a one-week feasibility stage covering a data audit, model selection, guardrails and a cost envelope.

A working prototype against real data is planned by the end of week three, then evaluated for accuracy, safety and cost before being integrated into Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle Analytics Cloud. Work runs in two tracks: enabling Oracle's embedded GenAI inside Fusion and E-Business Suite, and building copilots and knowledge agents for users.
