Does ETHX Softcon implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?
Yes, ETHX Softcon implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for small and mid-market businesses, including those outgrowing QuickBooks or smaller ERPs. Implementations cover finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and projects on a single platform, with multi-currency, multi-company, and multi-language setups and intercompany flows between companies. ETHX Softcon migrates data from QuickBooks, Sage, and Dynamics NAV, including historical balances, customers, vendors, and items. It uses app marketplace extensions where they fit and builds custom AL extensions where they do not, and integrates Business Central with Power Platform.
Business Central SaaS is the recommended path, although on-premises deployment is supported. If Business Central is not a fit, ETHX Softcon will recommend Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations instead. The rollout follows five stages: assessment, design of the chart of accounts and sales and purchase flows, configuration and extensions, user acceptance testing with a parallel run against the legacy system, and go-live with cutover, hypercare, and training, followed by long-term managed services.
