Who runs ETHX Softcon?

ETHX Softcon Private Limited was incorporated in Pune, India, in June 2019. It is led by founder and CEO Ram Chaturvedi, with Rohan Bodhale as Head of Delivery and Sivakumar Sakthibalan as Head of AI Solutions, and its leadership team brings more than 15 years of Oracle delivery experience.

The company draws on a network of more than 120 certified consultants and has delivered more than 85 projects across eight industries: automotive, food and beverages, engineering, hi-tech, logistics, pharma, HVAC and healthcare. Work is split across three locations: client engagement and advisory in the United States, APAC delivery and the Oracle practice in Japan, and the offshore delivery centre in Pune.

ETHXSoftcon Japan advises Japanese enterprises on ERP strategy and supports APAC delivery and the Oracle practice. It is led by Yoshitaka Taguchi, Country Head – Japan and a former CEO of Gartner Japan and Managing Director of ERP Forum Japan, who leads research on global ERP systems. ETHX Softcon offers four delivery models. Onsite work at the client suits leadership, workshops and user acceptance testing. Offshore delivery from Pune suits configuration, build and development at the lowest cost. A blended split team suits most project types, and a full offshore team suits cost-optimised programmes.
